RED Company real.edge.dance is a professional modern dance company in Akron, Ohio.

RED is formed exclusively for the development of artistic and creative modern dance at the highest standards and promotes arts awareness and dance education opportunities for community members of all ages for the city of Akron and surrounding communities. RED creates entertaining and thought-provoking dance art that promotes importance and understanding of diversity within all the arts and facets of society and provides professional and pre-professional dance and musical artists collaborative opportunities.

RED’s mission is to bring a balance of dance opportunities to the public, the youth, and local senior citizen communities. RED conducts formal public dance concerts, open modern dance technique classes, outreach performances, and professional dance training to reach out to all ages of the Akron area and serve as a productive and contributing dance company to the community.

RED is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization.
